Our coaches are thought-provoking and pragmatic. Their work typically encourages individuals to achieve positive, sustainable change using a strengths-based, integrative approach drawing on a broad range of psychological approaches. We believe that individuals have the internal resources to find their own answers, and we help corporate and individual clients understand that there are thoughts and decisions to be made which have a direct bearing on the achievement of the results they desire.

We only work with coaches we know, like and trust to share our approach and our values. We recognise that all coaches are different and so we maintain a coaching team both large and diverse enough in its style and approach to cater for the widest range of seniorities, issues and personalities.

Each coaching assignment is individually tailored to the individual client’s requirements. Through our network we can provide a choice of coaches so that the chemistry between the client, the organisation and the coach will work. Sheridan Resolutions will make an honest assessment of your proposed coaching assignment at the start, and if we don’t think that we can offer you a suitable coach, we will say so up front and help find you someone who can.

We work with mediators with only the very highest success rates in resolution. Over 90% of the mediations we undertake lead to an agreement.  Our mediators deal with disputes and allegations across all sectors, in particular workplace and employment, banking and finance, insurance, commercial, education, property, healthcare, charities and IT.  All have training in advanced mediation techniques and possess significant expertise and experience.  Our mediators are registered with the Civil Mediation Council and are typically drawn from CEDR Chambers’ lead panel. Most are personally rated in legal directories including the Legal 500, Chambers UK and Who’s Who Legal Experts Guides.

We actively seek partnerships with other providers that enhances our offering to the benefit of our clients. We select partners based on the needs of our clients and those that fit with the environment or culture within which we are working. The selection process ensures we develop bespoke solutions to particular issues. We also collaborate with other organisations that our clients request or recommend to ensure we deliver the best outcomes.
