Event Details

As organisations become ever more complex, the idea that a single leader can create and sustain a high performing team is obsolete.  Notwithstanding the current situation, the ongoing realities of working in matrixed and virtual teams, of tough competition, of doing more with less, of fighting to hold onto key employees, mean that organisations and teams need to find more effective ways of working.

Systemic team coaching allows the collective leadership of the organization to evolve and develop.  It helps teams to go ‘below the line’, explore the dynamics which drive (or prevent) success and enables teams to remain agile within the constantly shifting network of perceptions, relationships, expectations and market shifts.

Systemic team coaching is particularly useful:

  • in organisations which are experiencing rapid change
  • in teams which are not achieving the performance expected
  • where decisions have had unintended consequences
  • where change is not delivering the expected results
  • where the organisation is becoming silo-ed
  • where certain roles/teams/projects are not getting traction
  • where there is high turnover in certain teams or roles
