Resolving Conflict: Putting Mediation First
Event – 3rd October
Conflict in the workplace, particularly bullying and harassment, has never had a higher profile. Many employers are introducing measures expressly designed to encourage the reporting of potentially inappropriate behaviours. How will you handle such complaints if they occur?
As part of my role with the The Civil Mediation Council I am delighted to announce that we will be hosting an event “Resolving Conflict: Putting Mediation First” at The Bank of England on the 3rd October.
There will be an experienced speaker line-up for an in-depth look at real workplace solutions. Learn how to use a range of methods, such as conflict coaching and mediation to swiftly and discreetly address complaints, supporting both your people and your business.
This session is aimed at anyone with an interest in resolving conflict, including bullying and harassment complaint in the workplace. This includes HR professionals, employees, managers and leaders, well-being and compliance officers, consultants, trade union and employee representatives and in-house legal departments.
The keynote addresses will come from The Civil Mediation Council and our very own Sheridan Associate Martin Tiplady OBE, along with several other experts in this important field.
