Welcome to our latest newsletter.  It's grey and damp outside but we can still see the first signs of Spring and for many in our world there are both personal and professional reasons to be optimistic for the year ahead.  It may even be possible to go on holiday somewhere warm!

2021 is certainly going to be a big year for Sheridan. As you will see below, we have appointed a permanent Relationship and Operations Manager and I look forward to him getting to know as many of you as possible in the coming months.  In addition, we are rebranding.  To reflect the increasing amount of our work which is done outside the UK, we are changing our name to Sheridan Worldwide and taking the opportunity to refresh our website and design language. Part of this will be to focus on the innate skills and abilities which we all have inside us and the services which Sheridan can offer, both corporate and individual clients, to help realise these fully.  Look out for more news on this shortly.

Very best wishes to all our clients and faculty!

Are you a workplace and/or employment mediator?

As part of the research being carried out by Civil Mediation Council and Cardiff Business School on The Impact of the Pandemic on Mediation, have you say by taking part in their survey. We want to hear from you.

As many of you know, Caroline leads the workplace and employment group of the CMC and is herself a leading workplace and employment mediator.

Welcome Dan!

Sheridan also saw Daniel McGonigle join as our Relationship and Operations Manager. He will be coming on board to help Sheridan develop on the stellar work that has been done over previous years by supporting our clients and faculty as the business continues to grow.

Caroline met Dan on a recent L&D project and was immediately struck by Dan's sense of humour, his personable nature and his passion for developing people.
